The people in Borman Autoplex were amazing. Moises and Jose were great, they knew exactly what I wanted in a car. Not just them two but everyone was extremely friendly and helped us find the best prices possible, even going out of their ways to find the best insurance possible. They put us as a main priority there and I can’t be anymore happy with the service that they provided. I would definitely recommend coming here to check out your next car. I live in Far East El Paso and I would not hesitate driving all the way over here again if I need help looking for a car, that’s how much I loved their service. I know I’m telling friends and family to check them out too, they’ll take care of you and you will not be neglected, you are their priority and they will help you out with anything you need.

Six years ago when I bought two brand new cars from Borman, I got a great deal. This time was no different.  Sarah Gallegos and Benito Juarez  were  absolutely wonderful!  They took their time to answer all my questions and provided me with several financing options to choose from.  They just made me feel so comfortable.  I didn't feel harassed or pressured into a deal I didn't want.  They offered a deal so good I could not refuse.  Can't beat their wonderful, friendly service.  I have always and will continue to recommended Borman Autoplex to all my friends and family.   They are the best!  Absolutely love my beautiful new car!  Thank you Sarah and Benito!

Uzziel was very helpful and patient when I was trying to decide which vehicle to purchase. He did not pressure me to purchase a vehicle and he was not overbearing. He let me test drive a few cars and then explained the difference between them.  Once I made my purchase he sent me a text message to encourage me to contact him if I had any  questions  about the vehicle. He said customer service was very important to him and he wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle. I did have a couple more questions which he promptly answered. It was a refreshing experience.

This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! Duane and Pat were such a great help! I was so scared to purchase a car but they put my mind at ease and I left feeling confident and excited about my purchase! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy! I bought a Mazda 3 from here and love my purchase. The customer service was exceptional. Fabian Vigil was amazing; he was able to get me everything that I needed at the price I was looking for. The whole experience was pleasant instead of stressful, which buying a car can be. I will continue to recommend Borman and Fabian as the place to go and the salesman to see when looking to purchase a vehicle.
