I walked in and requested a ram truck, the guys and gals jumped right on it. The truck was explained to me top to bottom, and they were extremely polite and helpful, helping me remove personal items from the trader vehicle. I am extremely happy with the experience from start to finish.

I had the best experience! Clarissa In service department went above and beyond helping resolve my issue with my vehicle! She’s the sweetest most helpful person I have ever met and beyond happy she was able to make things right! Thanks Tate branch!

After traveling from Kansas with our Airstream in tow, I noticed my 4WD floor mounted gear shift lever appeared to be disconnected from the transfer case.  The Parts Manager was training her new employee,  and after helping a few other customers,  she crawled under my 2006 Dodge Ram and took photos with her cell phone. 
She then printed the schematics for the transfer case and explained how to fix the problem. 
Thanks for helping a stranger from out of town,  what a nice and helpful woman. If the rest of their employees are as knowledgeable, kind,  and helpful as she was, this is a GREAT DEALERSHIP!

I had my car at the service department at the Hobbs Tate Branch dealership.  When I first took in my car, I had some communication issues with staff and was displeased with the service I was receiving.  Once management was contacted, they worked hard to fix the issues.  I was assigned Angie as my contact.  I am very pleased with the service that Angie provided!  My car was there awhile however I do understand that the service department has no control over back ordered parts.  Angie eased my frustration because she kept me informed and updated and communicated with me even if it wasn't what I wanted to hear, such as more waiting because of back ordered parts.  She was very professional and the company has been very accommodating and generous with the use of a courtesy loaner car.

My experience was a very pleasant one.  I was fortunate that my daughter and I were approached by their Salesman, David Perez, as my past experiences with dealership salesmen, let alone Carlsbad salesmen, had me dreading dealing with them.  David not only listened but was very patient with me.  I am a very picky and strong minded woman and do not make decisions lightly and David answered every question and addressed every concern.  David did not pressure me nor my daughter into purchasing at that very moment and allowed us to take time to get back to him which had it not been for David’s professional courtesy, patience, and empathy, I would have not been back to Tate Branch Autoplex to purchase TWO vehicles.  Not only did he make the transaction a smooth one, he made it fun. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to ask for David.  I was very satisfied with my purchases and look forward to doing business with him in the future.
