The sales staff at Bravo Chevrolet is second to none. They all have an excellent understanding of the product and are incredibly patient with the customer. I had an awesome experience working with David. We must have walked the lot 15 times before I made a decision on the exact vehicle to purchase, all the while he was patiently answering questions and doing everything he could to make sure that I got the truck that was right for me. That kind of treatment goes a long way with most folks. I plan to retire in this community, and will be turning to Bravo Chevrolet for all future purchases.

The staff at BRAVO were extremely friendly and very nice with us, specially Mr. MIGUEL and Mr. Israel, they were extremely helpful and nice. Definitely a place we’re you should buy or do a service for your car! :)

When i went in to get an appointment for so auto work  i was told they did not have mechanic to fix the problem. Mechanic only work mon thru fri. I guess if you have a major problem on the weekend you are OUT OF LUCK... THE WORK THAT I HAD DONE IN NM HAD TO BE REDONE IN ABQ. On a weekend by a small shop since i was Stranded. Will not be back.

By Far the worst experience EVER.  I took my truck in first thing Monday morning only for a diagnostic check. Later in the day had to hunt someone down to ask the status of my truck, Good luck having anybody answer the phone down there, to have them finally tell me it was going to take another day.  Tuesday waited all day still no call or service. I had another hour of hunting someone down to talk to. I just told them I would come down and get my truck. Well other than trying to hustle me for almost close to THERE HUNDRED DOLLARS for a diagnostic check that took two days to get done. Oh by the way they will tell you it's 103.43 for diagnostic check but what they don't mention it's by the hour. They can tell you whatever they want and they tried telling me it took two hours so it was 245.00 with tax. The gave ridiculous prices to fix my truck (2600.00) and said that they would have to another diagnostic check to really see the problem for additional 300. Run like hell from this place. It's a scam and the service was horrible. For a total of 122.22 (I refused to pay the so called second hour) they could not give me a full description of the problems to my truck. I have to go elsewhere to get a proper diagnostic check. Luckily I found a place on valley who will do one for 75 and it will not take long and full detail description on whats going on in my vehicle. The service is horrid and they will scam you for every penny you got.
