One salesman was nice and greeted us in the parking lot, but after that it all went downhill. While I don't expect the most honest relationship with a car salesman, there were two men who straight out lied to me. They said the prices of their vehicles strictly depend on the financing -- they are two very separate processes! Basically what this meant was that they would jack the price up if my credit was good enough to get a good loan. They also would not listen to my price range (which is pretty strict as I just got out of the military a few months ago), and when I left one of them even looked ashamed for trying to practice questionable sales tactics on a veteran. I would be very careful doing business with this company, especially if you are a woman, as the thing they seemed to think I was focused on most was the color of the car I wanted.

Our experience at Carlsbad ford has been the absolute worst.I don’t expect much from car dealerships as they are snakes.I do expect respect and for them to at least pick up a phone when you buy a brand new 2018 f350 for $63,000....That to me is not a little chunk of change. My fiancé went into the dealership on a Thursday and started looking around and asking questions.He never once told them to run his credit and yet they still did it.So the next day which was a Friday we went in after work because we had seen they ran his credit without permission.So we then proceeded to say since you ran it what deal can you get us for the vehicle.They told us we can’t tell you until we run the information to the bank to see the interest rate.But all you have to do is say yes and I’ll get right on it.So he did and we got information he said we will send someone to pick it up from the other dealership which was 8 hrs away and it will be here by Tuesday.The reason for it being Tuesday was because they told us the man that they pay to get it would leave on Monday on normal business hours to get it then be back.We came in on a Monday to sign and pay 10,000 down for the vehicle and was told it will be here.The following day we call and call nobody picks up nobody knows where the vehicle is.We get ahold of someone and they tell us the vehicle is on a transport truck which it wasn’t suppose to be and they kept lying saying someone was physically driving our vehicle they even figured into the paperwork approximately how many miles would be on it by the time it got there.So we again went into the dealership to see what was going on and the front desk guy tells us I have been trying to call the guy he won’t pick up and we have no idea where he is.He basically played it like someone was driving it even though he knew the truth just to pacify us.Instead of telling us what really happened he just buried himself more and more.Not Only was our vehicle 4 almost 5 days later than what we were told but they also ran the vehicle through what we think was their car wash which is not meant for our vehicle and scratched our brand new vehicle.I felt incredibly bad for our saleswoman as she was a complete sweetheart and this was one of her first vehicles she had sold and all the other people completely trashed her sale.Mrs.Monica is absolutely amazing but for the rest of the department I had never seen such poor behavior.If you are looking for a vehicle don’t waste your time or stress over this dealership because they will not give you a good experience.

Service department was amazing. The fixed our air in no time that another mechanic messed up and they didn't charge us a dime. Nice people

Poor customer service. No return calls after leaving numerous messages for the sales manager. She does business via Facebook messenger but can't return calls. Completely unprofessional. Running credit cards without permission. Illegal. I Specifically asked if there were any recalls on the vehicle. The sales manger lied when she said she had checked. Got a lemon.
