We took our Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution to this service department for an extended warranty job related to our hydraulic unit as part of the AWD system. They demonstrated superb service and flexibility. They were able to complete the service work as promised within a one week time period. The service was very friendly. We had the best experience buying our daughter’s first car at Sisbarro VW! They are like a family, and they go above and beyond to make you feel like part of the family. Carlo, Tony, and Mike the General Manager are awesome, and my daughter loves her car, which we surprised her with, by the way! Christina the Finance Manager is also awesome, and we are so grateful she was able to get us approved! I can honestly say that from all the dealerships I have dealt with throughout the years, Sisbarro VW is my favorite!!

I love Sisbarro.  They are more than a dealership.  They are family.  I bought my first new car from them a year ago.  I was diagnosed with cancer and my adult daughter is moving back home with me.  I mentioned I needed an affordable, reliable used car.  They delivered!  I even had the pleasure to meet Mr. Sisbarro himself.  It was an absolute honor to tell him how great his employees are.  Manny (my salesman), Tony, Mike...  They are all fantastic.  I love them all, and I will keep them close in my heart now and forever.  In my time of need, they are here.  God bless them all.

Very good service and helpful staff (especially Nick) that helped me get my first car. They answered all my questions and helped with setting up features in the car with ease.  I Would recommend

They will not share part numbers with you after a diagnosis so that you can find the right part to fix it yourself. Then they'll nickle and dime you until your paying out the ear for a simple repair. People who have rated this dealership highly have only purchased cars. They've never dealt with anything else through them. I guarantee it.
