Will not be back. Wouldn't be surprised if this location closes. A couple of years ago I remember the pizza being great, but to to call it New York style pizza is a crime. I'm from the east coast and this is not even close. The sauce is lacking flavor and the pizza just all around sucks now. The last time I was in I was served a pizza that was burnt on the bottom and the middle was raw. It was disgusting. Such a shame.

Food varies in the quality but I've never had a bad experience. Last time I was in, a kind blue haired boy served me and he was really nice and did well considering he was the only one in the store at the time.

Ordered from here for a few years now. It's hit or miss with service at times. Sometimes our food arrives cold or the order is wrong, sometimes it's fresh and delicious! Unfortunately, the bad is beginning to outweigh the good lately. I'm not nit picky and usually deal with what I get. This week, however, has been disappointing. I've tried a couple times to get delivery but ended up with nothing. We waited nearly 2 hours and never received anything for the first attempt. Not even a call from the store. I understand that things happen but this was the first time I've ever asked for a refund. I still haven't seen a pending reversal. I'm not sure what is happening at this location.

The dinning area felt cozy I enjoyed the large cushions on the booths. The table leg didn't allow my foot to pass easily so I tripped getting up, careful if your feet are size 11 or above. The pizza I ordered was the Green Chili, it looked great on the menu and even smelled wonderfully on the table. But when we opened the box it was a chicken soup on flat bread, we tried to wait for it to cool down so the cheese would solidify but we were too hungry and decided to eat it before it had that chance. It was difficult to eat and way undercooked. I feel like the service was a bit rushed and we were the only other table occupied at the time.

Will unfortunately not be returning. Ordered online for pickup. Placed order at 6:15 for quoted pickup of 6:40. Arrived at 6:45 and they had not even began making the order. Both of my kids' pasta was burnt! I'm not even sure how you burn pasta. It was incredibly dry with hardly any sauce. The garlic knots were also dry and burnt. Very disappointing.
