There has been many key moments in Mexican Food history, from 3500BC when indigenous people in Mexico began cultivating chiles, 1200BC when the first tortilla appeared to 1795 when José María Guadalupe de Cuervo receives the first official permit to produce tequila commercially in Mexico. And 2017, when Don Tequila opens it's doors to offer Mexico's best kept recipes.
