I forgot to ask the name of the guy working there, but he was great. We went pretty early (like 8:30am) to grab some lunch to eat later on the road. He was a funny, friendly guy who worked quickly, but made great conversation with us. I ordered a black forrest ham sandwich, and told him to do whatever he wanted. He added stuff, toasted it a little, then added more stuff, and toasted it a little more. He strategically added the sauces to different layers, and meticulously added some seasonings. By the time I ate it, the flavors were all blended together, and it tasted amazing. That was by far my best Subway experience anywhere.

Tonight arrived at Subway at 9:48pm and went in to a bare-shelved countertop and the associate, William, stating that he is closed. With the open sign still shining bright over the front door and 12 minutes left. As soon as we walked out, he gleefully walked over and locked the door and turned off the open sign at 9:52pm while another customer walked to the door. I then called and asked the stores hours, which he stated was til 10:00pm but he is closed-not okay. Will return, but only when the associate  Kayleah is there (#kayleahformanager). This employee, though, should be terminated or have actions dealt with his lack of customer service. I would choose no stars, but Google will not allow that😤

We went to subway today during a soccer tournament at the Air Force academy. We had an order of 17 sandwiches and arrived at noon. The staff was AMAZING!!! They were so helpful and accomodating. Made our errand so easy.

Pretty good place if you dont have a which which near you (which there isnt in monument)
