The hotel is excellent overall. Clean rooms, elegant, friendly staff. Very well located in a main mall in Boston. With skywalk to several conveniences. Restaurants are good. Have stayed there several times. However, the new elevator system is a bit disappointing. You enter the floor that you want to go to and it directs you to the correct elevator which automatically goes where it needs to go. Unfortunately, the implementation is lacking. It takes far too long to arrive and sometimes more than one elevator goes to the same place or departs at the same time from one floor. Please improve the algorithm. It is a basic constraint satisfaction problem.

Large hotel in a good location in the city. We were given a large room, which seemed to be set up for business purposes including large conference table. Downside being that the bed appeared to fold out of the wall and wasn't as comfortable as we expected. Helpful staff provided additional toiletries and assistance when our bags were lost at the airport. Large bar/restaurant area on the lower levels and great views if you get a room up high!

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... I stayed here once for a DECA state conference last year and I am going to again this year for the same conference and to say, this is a very good hotel with a bunch of amenities and good conference rooms as well as clean bathroom that should be the standard for every hotel. The price isn't that bad and the TV is very good with a bunch of channels that came with my room. Overall, I had a good stay for two night and I hope to have a better stay this year.

I stayed here once for a DECA state conference last year and I am going to again this year for the same conference and to say, this is a very good hotel with a bunch of amenities and good conference rooms as well as clean bathroom that should be the standard for every hotel. The price isn't that bad and the TV is very good with a bunch of channels that came with my room. Overall, I had a good stay for two night and I hope to have a better stay this year.

Overall nice hotel. The location is amazing between two hotels and across the street from a grocery store. The reservation desk should explain the elevators to people. There were several times when people tried to enter without pressing a button.
