This place is BIG TIME in the middle of a remodel. I've spent the night at hundreds of hotels and this is the most "in process" remodel I've ever seen. There were boxes and furniture in the hallway for my room, and the hallway in the main lobby was closed since the workers were putting down tile. In the the midst of all this, the front desk was super friendly and all the workers doing the remodel were really nice as well. The breakfast was pretty good, and location was great....literally steps to the train station so I was able to easily catch a Red Sox game without having to look for parking in the city. For now, definitely make sure you're getting a good price to stay here as the remodel is crazy....but at least the people are nice and the room was comfy.

They are currently renovating. I could hear my neighbors at 230 am in the Morning clear as day as they went in and out of the room. So I do not know if they intend to replace the door as they continue renovations. Other than that room is clean. Friendly service. I do not understand why it is a requirement to leave all lights on so when you are first entering the room it is a hot sunny day. Other than that it was great ^,^

Kelli Moon was extremely helpful at the front desk, as we had to book a last minute stay for my brother in law. Lobby was under renovations, but seemed clean. Hotel room seemed nice and clean as well.

The customer service was great even with arriving in the middle of the night. However, the visual experience was marred by the construction and renovation. We also had a couple of minor things wrong with the room. Once the renovations are complete, this should be a very nice hotel.

The room6was on the third floor but elevator were convenient. Rooms were clean and well kept. Breakfast was great. Great place to stay.
