This is the second time I've stayed here, and it was just about as bad as the first. This time, I was in the main portion of the hotel. The first time, I was in the "addition" which is has the stair and hallway entry of a cheap motel. I remember lots of creepers hanging out in the stairway which made me very uncomfortable. My most recent stay started with police and fire trucks outside. What appeared to have happened was a fight, and one of the women left the hotel sobbing as I entered. The man who checked me started with an inappropriate joke. I stated my name so he could check me in, and he replied with "Oh, I was just on you! Well, not physically on you." Oh really?! Gross. Got to my room and went to toss something in the trash and saw a bandaid wrapper. There were long dark hairs on the comforter. It's been ages since the toilet was scrubbed. There was grime on the shower walls. At one point I left to do some shopping, and was waiting for the desk manager to become available. She was speaking with a woman who was social worker arranging for her client to stay the night. The manager was not accommodating in my request for a microwave, and when I asked if there was somewhere I could microwave food, she responded with "the staff has one, but we aren't supposed to hear guest food up but I guess if you need to I can do it for you." WOW. What fantastic hospitality. As I walked away I heard yet another social worker with a client checking in. There were also creepy men hanging around the entry door, the lobby, and in weird corners you just wouldn't usually hang around. This hotel looks decent on the outside, but management clearly doesn't give a hoot cleanliness or service. They also seem to cater to, let's say, less than desirable clientele. The area is super sketchy.

I was not staying at the hotel but I did need to obtain a car rental. The rental desk is right in the main lobby. The staff both at the hotel desk and the rental desk were incredibly helpful and polite. The lobby seemed very welcoming and clean. I would not hesitate to rent a room here in the future due to my experience.

I stayed in a super clean room with fabulous sheets and pillows. Wonderful mattress. Clean clean clean. The breakfast food and service was excellent and friendly. I was so happy there and would definitely go back if in the area again.

Best staff of a hotel. They had a free pool and it looked clean. The room was clean and when I asked the staff for extra pillows and a hammer they where super fast to the room.

My family and I stayed overnight, and I hadn't read any reviews of this place. Of the reviews I read, I have to agree: the bathroom is small. That's fine, no biggie, but the sink and the tub pipes needed Drano, as the water didn't go down very quickly. The look on the woman's face at the front desk when I showed her the picture I took of the sink was priceless! She was so embarrassed, and promised me that the problem would be taken care of. Other than that, the weekend was great.
