Story

Boulevard Veterinary provides complete medical and wellness care for your pet. We offer total puppy and kitten care packages, thoughtful vaccine plans, comprehensive laboratory testing and surgical services such as spays and neutering and dental care.

We have a fully stocked pharmacy offering parasite prevention products, pain medications, antibiotics, ear and eye medication as well as a full line of skin and dermatology care medications and shampoos.

Our facilities and equipment are state of the art. We have a digital x-ray system, digital anesthetic monitoring devices a modern, fully equipped surgical suite and veterinary dentistry suite.

History

Dr. Dylan Frederickson started his first veterinary practice in Logan Square 2014 naming it "Boulevard Veterinary" as a nod to the historic Boulevard systems in Chicago.

Following strong growth of the practice in Logan Square due to a dedication to AAHA standards and personalized client and patient care, Dr. Dylan decided to open a second location River North--another pet-friendly Chicago neighborhood rich in history.


About Dr. Dylan

Dr. Dylan Frederickson grew up on a small family dairy farm in central Wisconsin. This background helped forge a lifelong respect for animals which compelled him to pursue a career in Veterinary Medicine.

Following completion of his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, Dr. Frederickson attended the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in Madison, WI, graduating in 2006. After a short stint of both large and small animal practice in Wisconsin, Dr. Frederickson moved to Chicago and began exclusive small animal practice.

Dr. Frederickson lives in Logan Square with wife Kelly, their dog Woody, and cat Smokey-Panther.
