This week was a nightmare but to sum it up Dr. Jackson operated on my cat Fish because she had a broken joint. Dr. Jackson couldn't have been any nicer and understanding and was very professional and positive.

I also want to thank the technician Megan for being nice, thorough, and helpful!!

I hope never to come back for an emergency again but if I do, I know Fish will be in good hands

Worse experience ever, I went to their emergency unit in need of help for my cat Dinny, who had an opened wound. I waited in the lobby for two hours watching people who came after me go before me. I walked up to one of the people at the desk and asked her what was going on. She than told me that the people who had gone before me emergencies were more important and they had priority 😔. I've been sitting and waiting with a two year old cat who's wound from surgery had just opened and that wasn't important enough to keep my place in line. I left and decided that I'd rather clean the wound at home and wait for my vet tomorrow than to be treated so poorly. Not only was I the only black person in that clinic, I was also treated as such. Thank you to the lady at the desk with the long blonde hair, how I wish I knew your name. Worse attitude and response ever!

Thank you so much to MedVet for taking care of my cat through a stressful situation.  I brought my little guy in with an obstructed bladder and he got immediate care.  The staff answering the phone were always very helpful and answered all my questions.  Working with the techs and doctors was excellent too and I was never made to feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions.  It was very helpful feeling welcome to come visit and phone in to ask for updates.  The discharge was very relaxed and I really appreciated having so much time to go through all the information and ask all my questions.  I appreciated getting a low estimate and a high estimate for services, and was very happy to actually get a small refund upon discharge because his care came in under-budget.  I felt like the facility was totally safe, well equipped and clean, and while I hope we never have to go back, I am very glad to know they are there.

The MedVet staff are exceptional as well as the facility.  I rushed out dog into MedVet at 1 in the morning with breathing issues.  I soon learned that he was in a very critical state and near death with pulmonary edema.  They were able to stabilize him and provide exceptional care with state of the art triage.  Our beloved dog is back home with us in only two days.  He is doing great and really happy.  We are do grateful for their wonderful care.  They knew what to do and we had complete confidence in their entire staff and facility.  Thank you for saving our dog's life!

I spent over $500 to see what's wrong with my pet. They did unnecessary tests  and still haven't found out what's wrong with my pet. They want you to spend a large amount of money for poor services. I will not recommend this place unless you have money to waste. They seen how much pain my pet was in they only gave me a couple of days worth of pain medicine. For my bill to be over $500 why not give my pet a couple of weeks worth of pain medicine. The goal is to keep you coming back so you could spend more money.
