After talking to many people, we brought our dog here for the first time. Everything was smooth from the scheduling to walking in, and even getting our dog's medical records transferred. Dr. Bruce was very thorough and explained everything in detail. He really enjoys taking care of our furry friends. The staff were all top notch as well. Going to Village West Vet is a great experience.

I had a cat emergency and didn’t know where to go. Two friends recommended Village West. I made an appointment for the afternoon. When I found my girl barely moving and breathing quickly overnight I realized she needed help right away. They got me in early and took me straight back to an examination room. The vet tech and vet were very kind and compassionate. They gave her a quick exam and confirmed what I suspected. We discussed options focusing on quality of life. Then they helped me, help her, cross the rainbow bridge. 

I came to Village West prepared for that outcome. I am relieved they helped me do the best thing for my girl.

We came in today without an appointment. They were able to squeeze us in. Our 10 year old Beagle was bleeding from his gums. Monica & Rachel got a good look in there and came up with a plan of treatment. They are very caring and understanding. Such a great experience. Highly recommended.

I love coming in here to bring my little furbrats when they aren't feeling their best.  The staff is always friendly and genuine in their concern about the four-legged brats. Dr. Miller is always very thorough with her assessment and the recommendations for treatment gets them to bounce back to their bratty selves.  She forgives my Dorian Grey for smelling like poop because he always poops and drools himself on the drive over to the vet.

Excellent team at Village West. I brought my 13 year-old cat in and we were both treated with compassion and understanding. Dr. Monica was an excellent and open communicator. Information was given to me in a way that was understood. I will continue to bring my cat here for his medical treatment. Thank you Village West for everything.
