After visiting multiple dealerships looking for a car we chose Bountiful Mazda. Jason was on top of his customer service as was the rest of the dealership. We had gone to other dealerships who gave us a hard time for being military & trying to get plates in Texas, but not this one. They went above & beyond to make sure we got what we needed & even made calls to the Texas tax office to make sure we were paying the proper fees. Thank you for a great experience!

Awesome dealership! Bought and serviced my car there for 3 years during my lease... The price negotiating was done with me and the sakes manager... Do going back and forth... Finance and accessories guys were great and pricing reasonable... The service center is awesome... Always ready for me and always fast! Ask for Hunter in service or Tim in sales - they'll take good care of you! Oh ya...ask about tires and oil for life when you buy our lease with them

We leased a new car and added a resisitsll pkg. This required us to leave our car overnight. We were trying to figure out when we could bring it and leave it because it was going to snow. Scott in the service department got us right in and we were able to pickup our car the next day before it snowed. We really appreciated the efficient work they did in such a timely manner. We've had other's cars and have always been treated with the up most kindness and their work is unsurpassed.  Thank you so much Bountiful Mazda.

I am always treated so well when I go into the service center for oil changes or anything else my car needs. They are always able to get me on their schedule when I want. I have really enjoyed my experience with bountiful Mazda.

As a woman, I often feel small when I get my car serviced, esp. at dealerships. Nobody at bountiful Mazda makes me feel that way, though. Everyone always takes the time to answer my questions and explain things to me and tell me what they would do, if they had all these car maintenance issues to attend to. I couldn't afford all the maintenance once, so the person helping me told me what the most important thing was to fix and what I could justifiably wait on. It saved me some money at the time and built trust in him as an employee and in Bountiful Mazda as a company.

Also, as a single woman, I often don't have rides to and from the dealership, so I just have to wait there. And it's just fine. The waiting area is clean, and there are plenty of chairs and even tables to sit at. The wifi is free, and there is complimentary water, coffee, and fruit. It's pretty great!
