Edit: Literally within 1 hour of this post, one of their customer care specialists called me and asked what she could do to make this right. I told her all I really wanted was the second key to the vehicle. She asked me to give her 30 minutes and she would call me back. She did just that, and scheduled a time for us to come in and get a replacement key at no charge. I feel much better about our experience. We just purchased a push button start vehicle, and it wasn't until the paperwork was signed that the sales rep told us it only had one key. I expressed my opinion that any push button start vehicle needs a second key, in case the battery dies in one of the fobs. The salesman told us it wasn't a problem, and that they could provide us a new key for $400. I argued that the cost should have been recovered from the person trading in the vehicle, not the purchaser, and he told me that it had been. So I asked "why then, are you double-dipping and having me pay for a replacement??" He simply told me that it shouldn't be this big of a deal, and that he'd put $20 worth of gas in our new vehicle out of his own pocket. That comment just made me even more dissatisfied. I wish we would have bought at Murdock's instead.

Worst experience ever. Took my vehicle in for routine service (timing belt); which I have always maintained properly, never abused, and never had any mechanical issues with the engine. It took them nearly 2 weeks to complete this part. Upon leaving the parking lot I had issues with it. I called them back and had them pick it up with a tow truck to see what was going on. Again it took another 2 weeks to simply diagnose it. I was informed the engine was blown and it would need to be to be replaced; which they are currently working on. Received my car back missing all the under carriage splash guards; which were on the vehicle when I first took it in for service in August 2017. With in 30 miles, the thermostat went and upon inspection of the antifreeze I found that the replacement engine has a blown head gasket. I was assured this was a good certified engine, which it obviously is not. And since I took my vehicle in for a timing belt and routine servicing in August 2017, I have not been able to drive it due to the problems that the service department caused with my vehicle. Going on now two weeks and still not resolved anything; and continually leave messages with managers that seem to never return phone calls.

Very disappointing experience. I went in to buy a used car for my teenage drivers and was shocked at the deceptive tactics used throughout the process of arriving at a mutually agreeable price. I was flat out lied to twice and had to stand my ground in order to get what had been agreed to just minutes before. It made me question every part of the deal and where else I may have been deceived and not noticed. Perhaps what made me most disheartened by this experience was that I live around the corner from John Garff. He and his family are some of the best people that you will ever meet with unquestioned integrity. I have no doubt that he does his best to instill this into his company. Unfortunately not everyone cares to put it into practice. I wanted to follow up on the post above and share the follow up the people at Garff did. Courtney in customer relations and Bob in service were fantastic in helping turn a negative situation into a positive one. Thank you for your concern and attention.

Very disappointed with this dealership. I received an email that if I came in to take a test drive, I'd get a $50 Amazon gift card. I completed the form and went in to take the test drive. When I got there, Kyle, the manager, came up and asked me if I was planning on buying a car. I responded that I was not in the market right now, but would still love to test drive a car. He said that they are not in the business of giving away free money. I told him that the offer simply said come take a test drive, but nothing about current intent to buy. He pulled out some fine print, told me they reserve the right to decline the offer and that I wouldn't be getting the offer, and then he turned and walked away. It was incredibly rude, disingenuous, and off-putting. To be honest, I drive a Hyundai and will probably be in the market for a new one in 1-2 years. I was treating today as a tryout of their customer service for my next purchase, and I couldn't be more convinced that this is the wrong place to take your business. I know I won't be when the time does come. ***EDIT*** It is clear that the below attempt to "make amends" is just for show. I emailed the address listed over a week ago and heard nothing. PLEASE DON'T TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!

Best buying experience ever. Worst service. Their service department is in a separate building you have to walk between in bad weather. Icy and snowy today. They don't wash the cars there. You have to go to a third party where you vacuum and dry it off, if you came ready to do that. They knew there were 2 recalls but acted like it was a surprise I wanted them taken care of. Then told me it would take 5 hours to fix it. When the car was done he pointed in the general direction. I am really not happy. Compared to the Honda service a few blocks away these guys score a D at best. I would recommend them to buy, but not for service.
