They are amazing! Never have had an issue with them. They are straight forward with you and what you need and never try to pressure you into having something done that you may or may not need like other places can sometimes do. They take the time to explain things to you if your unsure what something is or does. The service, reception and waiting areas are pretty clean for how busy they are. I love that they have an enclosed play area for kids as having a toddler myself really helps both of us out when we have to wait.

My car started having trouble on my way to work and wouldn't drive over 20mph. I went to the dealership at the end of the night and the staff was super friendly and did everything they could to make my experience less stressful. I had the answer to the diagnostic test the next morning and the mechanic volunteered to stay past his shift hours so I could get my car back as soon as possible. I didn't like my car breaking down, but I loved the friendly staff!

Our experience at Ken Garff Honda was great! Working with the same sales associate we have worked with for 10 years now and the finance team was, as usual, a great experience. We have purchased and leased numerous vehicles from Ken Garff over the years, and we've had excellent experiences with each one. Our sales associate is always great to work with and the finance team is as well. The vehicles are always perfect too. We've never had a better experience than we've had with Ken Garff!

Went to this dealership after going to the Ken Garff Honda dealership in Orem and this one was day and night better! The other dealership wasn’t terrible but they weren’t willing to work with me and my wife, gave us a small discount off the sticker price, and pretty much said “take it or leave it” so we left it. Came to Downtown Salt Lake Ken Garff Honda and worked with Zeb and he was great! Fun guy to talk with, worked with us and our budget and we got the car we wanted for the price we needed! Would definitely recommend any friends to Zeb there at Downtown Salt Lake Ken Garff Honda!
