So at first we were really happy with our car purchase from Incredible Auto. They seemed helpful and like they were giving us a good deal. Our car was missing a piece that they said they had ordered and we would be seeing it the next week. Well two weeks came and went and no car part. We called the office and they said it was on the way and should be there by Friday. Monday after that Friday and still nothing. Each time we called in they would tell us only our salesman could help us and he was never available. They told us they would have him call us back and he never would. Well, since the part that was missing was important to protect the car during winter, we decided to call more frequently. Our salesman would rarely return our calls and when he did it was always the same story... “Our parts guy must’ve forgotten to order it,” or, “The part has been back ordered but should now be on its way.” Well more than 3 months later and we finally got our part. After 30 phone calls I guess they got the hint that we wanted the part they promised us, in writing, to protect the car. So if you like the car as is, then they’d probably be fine. But if not, expect to wait at least 3 months to get any help.

Most cars are damaged, some in decent condition but most of what I saw had poor quality interiors and a lot of exterior damage. Several cars parked touching each other and sales reps were hitting the doors on the around the one they were getting into. We had taken one car out I was considering that drove well and we mentioned a few things didn't work on the car and sales rep simply said they were going to get to it. The car had been listed for 4 months and he knew this didn't work but had no interest in trying to say a timeline or do anything to get me to drive off in it. I understand not wanting to haggle prices And had the car been even in decent shape I'd have still considered it but after our treatment I wasn't interested in their lot anymore and we moved on. 

If you can find a car in good condition their cars were prifed decent but it looks a lot like the only two things they look at to price are model and miles, not condition. Even in seats are tearing and falling about it's same cost or more than a near identicle car on their lot. We had plenty of time to look over both their lots before we went looking for a rep to look at test drive

Good prices, good people. Very fair pricing, lower than low book on many vehicles. Just don't wait to buy that great deal because it might not be there tomorrow (that's what happened to me).

My fiance bought a car from Incredible Auto Sales about a year ago before they moved to their new location and had a perfect car buying experience. Went back to purchase another vehicle from them and had an awful experience. We were told the VIN was clean on a vehicle we were extremely interested in purchasing. Made up a story about a few noticeable knacks on the car. Upon checking ourselves, the car had been in multiple accidents, with a total loss reported. Not trustworthy. They never returned our phone call. Dan was a great salesman, it's a shame he's no longer working in sales. Will not be a return customer.

We are already pre approved and planning on buying a car but showed up to the lot without being greeted and with several employees sitting around without asking if we needed assistance. I agree with the other reviewers that staff is rude. Car may be nice, but still not a way to run a business. 2** because Casey, the one who rode along with me was very pleasant and actually seemed interested in the customers.we will not be buying because of service!
