I appreciate their pressure-free sales environment. No one chases you around the lot while you’re looking, they test drive only what you ask about. There’s no push, you just go with what you like, they know the product is good, they get you the RIGHT vehicle. I worked with a few different sales people and took my time making the choice of vehicle and never felt uncomfortable. The sales people I worked with took my interests seriously and never tried to convince me that I needed more than I did. Also the Subaru products are amazing! We test drove the Legacy, Crosstrek, Outback, and Forester and we’re very impressed with them all. The purchase process was quick and easy and everyone that works there is friendly and helpful.

This is the first time I'm buying my own, new car, and as everyone knows that it is a process that is full of anxiety. My friend recommended and took me to Nate Wade and it was such a great experience! I worked with Erik Robbins and he was super friendly, and very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He listened to what I was looking for and gave me options, and from those I was able to leave with a new ride that I am loving! After selecting the car I wanted, I worked with Nick Poulos regarding finance and it was such a smooth and easy process. He took the time to explain everything and he made everything super clear and easy! I would definitely recommend Nate Wade! Thanks!

First new car (so far we only bought old cars on craigslist). Erik Robbins provided us all the information we needed regarding the car and regarding the loan conditions.... and we had a LOT of questions. He spent a lot of time with us and did his best to find us the best deal. Erik is nice and very patient. I strongly recommend him.

My wife and I have had great experiences with Nate Wade Subaru. We've purchased 2 vehicles and we also have our vehicle serviced there. We initially went to Young Chevrolet to purchase a new Subaru. We were not happy with the sales tactics and pressured sales. The experience my family and I have had with Nate Wade has been fantastic and I recommend them to friends and family. Recently my son purchased a Subaru. There were a few issues. I really appreciate the staff and how well they worked to resolve the issue. I would like to thank Randy, Derek Hardy, Mike Grande and Adam Curry for all their help. The Staff is what makes Nate Wade Subaru such a great trustworthy place and great experience when purchasing a Subaru.

My husband and I were interested in an SUV to give our family a little more space. We attempted to buy a Jeep last fall from a big dealership in Bountiful. The whole 5 hour experience was filled with shady practices from the salesman helping us and the finance department. We literally walked out of the finance office when we decided we had enough and were wary to buy a new car for a few months. We walked into Nate Wade after doing some more research and deciding we really wanted to move forward with a Forester. Tyler Jones greeted us after we were able to walk around for a few minutes. We gave him our budget and he quickly had keys for us to test drive. There was an upgraded model next to our first test drive. Tyler gave us some specs on that model and highlighted the key differences, but was in no way pushy about the sale. He was just happy to get us a car we could be happy with, no matter the price. It was such a relief to feel like someone was on our side. After quickly approving us, we discussed any upgrades we wanted, and again, Tyler took the time to discuss options, without making us feel pressured to buy anything we did not want. We moved onto the finance department and received the same great treatment. Extended warranties and maintenance packages were thoroughly discussed and we were never pressured to buy the highest package. After we signed all the papers, Tyler met us again to go over the features on the upgraded model we bought. He could have easily moved onto new customers after we had bought the car, but he took time to make sure we new how to use everything. I have never had such great customer service in any business I have walked into. My husband and I are definitely Subaru customers for life now! Thanks Nate Wade and Tyler Jones for all of your help!
