Just left the dealership. I will say our salesperson Rocky was very nice and accommodating. Beyond that it was the typical dealership game you've come to expect. 
I found a $50k vehicle on their website I liked and felt good about the price they were asking. So I went and had a cashier's check made for the asking price. Sounds reasonable. Upon getting the deal done I was told of the $500
doc fee. Seems excessive. But okay. And since I wasn't using them for financing I was gonna lose a $1,000 rebate they had already figured in. So the price jumped $1500 in a matter of minutes.  Needless to say I went home with a $50k cashier check in hand and no vehicle.  Transparency is not their strong suit.

Everyone's biggest fear on a road-trip is your car breaking down. Well,  this past weekend I was about 6 hours away from home when my car started acting up on the interstate. Luckily I found this dealership - the folks in the service center were fantastic, and since there were parts they were unable to get, they let me use a loaner to get home, rather than stay stranded there in a hotel. I only wish I lived closer so that I could use them more regularly.

Got totally screwed over! Got charged for a towing package that isn't even on the truck and didn't really pay any attention till I bought something to pull.😡 Don't like being charged for something that I dint get

I visited Brad Fenton Motors of Ardmore Oklahoma today and the service they rendered was of the highest quality that anyone could receive. The Service Advisor Mr. Brandon Covert is a asset to the dealership via his professional manner relating to customers in explaning the probleming found and the solutions to correct them.l highly recommend the service department at Brad Fenton Motors.
