The first time I brought it in Fenton computers were down and no one called me so my car sat all day.  It took over the weekend for system to come back up but no one called me to let me know.  I had to call and set up appointment.  I understand people are busy and sometimes forget.  Overall the recall apparently fixed my issue. Thank you

1 star is too high a rating for this place. I got a sales flyer in the mail offering a free prize, out of curiosity I went to see what it was all about. I wasn't really shopping for a car to begin with, but after some convincing I decided why not. 
  I let them run my credit and make offer after offer I spent 3 hours there and the final answer was maybe. They told me they would call me back before noon the next day. They did not so I figured maybe they got busy and forgot me. I decided to call them I spoke with Derick and he told me "I have a counter offer but it's a bit shy of where I want to be give me 30 min and I'll call you back".  Five hours later no call back, they hang up on me or leave me on hold when I tried to call back. At this point I would never buy a car from these people. Obviously the average guy isn't even worthy of a simple yes or no answer at Brad Fenton of Ardmore.  Thanks Brad Fenton for everything you do. Your customer service is severely lacking.

My family has bought a total of 6 vehicles and not one time has the titles been delivered before the 30 day tag expired.  The truck I bought had the transmission lines leaking.  They apparently never checked before putting it on the lot.  I was informed about the problem at my first oil change and told it would be about 800 to fix it.  After contacting the GM they agreed to fix it for free but I was still out a vehicle for a full day.  My wife was recently in the market for a new SUV.  She saw one that she liked on there site and called to verify that it was there.  They assured her that it was and she told them that she was on her way.  We live 45 minutes away.  She got there and it had just sold.  I say B.S.  they were trying a bait and switch.  She was shown a different car.  Much higher priced and she declined.  She mistakenly gave them her ssn but told them to please not run her credit until until they found another vehicle like the one advertised.  They ran it 6 times. I have given this place more than ample opportunity to straighten up. I will not be doing business here and suggest that others don't either.

Purchased my truck from Tj drove all the way from Texas for a deal I couldn't refuse! Thanks man I really appreciate all your hard work! I'd give him 10 stars if I could!
