Just bought our third Toyota from them. Great place to do business. Don McKee is the man to talk to. He will have you happy and in a new car before you know it. Love Toyota of Ardmore. This is where we plan on doing all our vehicle shopping from now on. I won't go anywhere else!

(12/11/2015) Drove 2.5 hours one-way to dealership with my father, we both basically took a full day off work to potentially buy a used car that I was interested in.  The sales individual was very friendly and personable, giving me space when needed to make a decision. 

 Within the initial negotiations, he quickly turned the duties over to GM (Matthew), which he made sure who I was dealing with by giving his GM title.  I assume he got involved because a truck was sitting on their lot over 160+ days ( I can now see why it is on their lot for this long...more below).   Within minutes of talking a price to him, he slams his hand on the desk and said "SEE-YA"!  (I should of read prior posting below...people had the same experience) I was shocked that this individual was talking to me like that.  I never heard of any dealership not willing to negotiate a price regardless of their sales model approach.  In fact, he never even made a counter.  As Matthew briskly walked away, he shouted back half way across the showroom floor to the salesman that I was working with, "Get the keys and put that truck back on the lot."  I walked out after that. 

 Basically, we drove a total of five hours to have a 2 minute discussion with an egotistical manager on a power trip.  Worst experience I have ever had in a retail environment. I advise if you are wanting to make a deal and to be treated well, take your time and money elsewhere.

The service team here is absolutely amazing in every thing they do. My 2011 Toyota Prius' tail lights were not working, I first went to Eastern Shore Toyota in Daphne, AL. I was there for 6 hours and they could not figure out what was wrong. They had a team of 35 or more working for them and out of all of them. They could not find the source. They then left me with my car without the tail lights working while I was traveling. On the invoice it stated that there were no wire problems or fuse problems. The dealer here in Ardmore was able to find the source of the problem in less than 30 min! I live in Florida, I would make the trip back to  bring my car and get it serviced here at Ardmore Toyota!

(12-15-15) We called in to Toyota of Ardmore and spoke with Aaron Midden to try and find a 2015 Toyota Highlander. Aaron was very informational and very polite to deal with. He told us exactly what he had at the dealership and when we showed up it had to be the easiest car purchase we have every done. We would like to say thank you to Toyota of Ardmore for helping us get our new car and recommend anyone looking to call them or stop by.
