I couldn’t have asked for a better first car buying experience! The customer service from my sales rep (Matt) and the Sales Manager (Ronnie) exceeded my expectations. Matt went above and beyond to makes sure my car was up to standard! To top it off, the Finance Manager (Garrett) did an amazing job explaining my contract and finishing the final touches on my deal. (All great things for a first time buyer) And I couldn’t write a complete review without thanking the amazing detail crew, phenomenal job! If you are looking for a team that will give you quality service from the time you step on the lot to the moment you drive away in  your new car, this is your place!

Lottie , Lawrance, Ron were very friendly, I was very skeptical about driving all the way from Dallas to Ardmore but my drive was worth each penny, as every one at the dealer ship treated us very well and specially Lottie / Ron and Garret took care of us very well. 
For test drive Lottie pulled Odyssey to the drive way, my kids noticed grass hopper, flyes and small bugs around the car they were hesitant to get inside, Lottie noticed it she went inside talked to manager and made arrangement to swap it with display one inside the showroom, Ron with help from his crew managed to pull couple cars out such that he can get Odyssey out from the showroom and we were so touched with it.
We were pleased with Lottie explanation during our test drive, once we get in the showroom process completed in the less than an hour.
Once again I really appreciate all the help from entire crew and special thanks to Lottie, Garret and Ron.

I am so pleased with the purchase of my new Honda Civic EX. I was given a good trade in on my old car and they paid off my old loan. I had to return to edit this review. The  Fenton Honda finance department found me a better interest rate then the 0.7%  Originally made. I actually bought this car with a 1.99 rate.! The sales staff my salesperson was excellent. If you want a good deal with the best car on the market Go to Fenton Honda Of Ardmore Oklahoma. I actually came out paying a smaller payment and in the same length of time as it would of paid off my old car.  My insurance fell in price from $119 a month to $90!!! Molly is @Happyland.  I rate them the best actually 5 stars is not enough. This is the best car dealership in the region. Thank You Fenton Honda of Ardmore.

I called Fenton Honda of Ardmore after having trouble finding the 2017 Honda Ridgeline in the trim and color I wanted.  Their online price was in line with what I wanted to pay and seemed fair considering the 2018 Ridgelines were about to appear at dealerships.  I worked with my local Honda dealer in Wichita, KS, but I couldn't beat the deal offered by Fenton.  The only disappointing part was that I was told the vehicle had "dealer adds" that would add to the sales price posted online.  We agreed to a price that was slightly higher than the sales price posted online but still very fair considering the dealer adds - all weather floor mats, tinted front windows, and wheel locks.  I even had them deliver the vehicle to my door in Kansas!  I was disappointed that when the truck showed up, it did not include any of the add-ons as negotiated.  However, my calls to the dealership were promptly and courteously addressed and the issue was remedied very quickly and with little to no trouble on my end.  My sales rep, Ronnie Peters, did a wonderful job of securing a deal that was satisfying and fair and also followed up with the issues very promptly and professionally.  I was initially disappointed that I had negotiated a price based on dealer adds that were not yet installed (the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5), but Ronnie and his team made sure I was taken care of quickly.  I'm still not sure what caused the discrepancy, but I would definitely recommend Ronnie and this dealership to others looking for a quality vehicle at a fair price.  I'm loving the new truck so far and I would shop there again!  Thanks, Ronnie, and thanks Fenton Honda!!
