The salesman was great. Very personable, but not in a "I'm pretending I'm nice so you'll buy a car but I'm really a tool" kind of way. It was genuine. The finance guy was super awesome, straightforward, and didn't try to sell us a bunch of nonsense we didn't need. No douchbaggery will be experienced if you make the fabulous choice to shop here. Go on. Give it a whirl! You won't regret it. P.S. Trey is the best. So ask for him!

Me and my wife purchased our daughter a car from here last month. Looking on their website they had several used cars within our budget so we decided to come take a look and we were not disappointed. Fenton Nissan put us in a barely used car for the price we wanted and the payment we wanted. Our salesman, Octavia Ward was very courteous and knowledgeable and is a true asset to this dealership. The sales staff was very friendly and even shared their lunch with us. We look forward to doing business with them again and I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle to give Fenton Nissan the chance to be your dealership.

I blame myself for buying the vehicle without seeing it in person which is why I'm giving them a higher rating than I normally would have. I'm sure this is a decent dealership if you're there, but I was highly disappointed in the condition I received my truck. The biggest complaint was that the truck was dirty and smelly. They stuck in some air fresheners to mask the smell of sweat but they didn't even change the in cabin air cleaner. I did that myself and while it's better it still smells. The carpets were not cleaned at all and there were bits of grass and dirt all over the place. Seats were dirty, steering wheel was sticky. They didn't bother to send it through make-ready and just stuck it on a truck to send to me since the deal was done. Trying to get ahold of the salesman and finance person to help with some title/registration issues was also a pain and I ended up having to take care of it on my own. Several things were not working such as the rear backup sensors and the tire pressure sensor light was on, both of which I paid out of pocket to have fixed. Others who dealt with the dealership in person seem to have had good luck but maybe that's because they can always come back and complain. All I can do from 400 miles away is write a review warning people who would may buy online to look elsewhere. Edit: I see they took the time to respond to my review and that's nice but there's really nothing to rectify. The deal is done and I didn't post this to get anything in return, I just wanted to share my experience.

I purchased a 2002 F150 almost two months ago and was very pleased with the truck and transaction. What was a bit extraordinary is that I purchased it sight unseen and had it shipped to me (over 1400 miles away). The staff were very helpful and responded quick to my questions as well as honest with the condition of the truck. There were no gotchas or any document problems; registration in Virginia was trouble-free ...and came with a full tank of fuel, a plus!

CHARLIE BROWN was the best sales rep that I have ever had the pleasure working with. He found me an amazing car that met everything on my check list because of his good listening skills. He kept me company through the long negotiation process with some very funny stories. He even took the time to teach me how to use every control in my car. Thank you for helping me find my perfect car Charlie Brown.
