I have bought several vehicles from this dealership. They have always been very professional. Can't say enough good things about the sales, finance and service department. I had what I "thought" was a big problem with my 2017 GMC Acadia. Made an appointment with Service Dept at Bramlett in Decatur.  The tech took time to closely inspect and diagnose the issue.  Turned out to be an easy fix of something that was apparently overlooked at the factory.  
It was barely visible to the average person, but he found the problem.

We have been using the Bramlett Service Center for over 13 years. George and Mindy have always treated us right.  We take all of our cars here for service unless there is a specific repair that needs special tools or diagnostic equipment unique to another make like my Tacoma or Chrysler. They have NEVER tried to BS me about anything.  I'm waiting for Bramlett to take over the local Chrysler dealership so George can start taking care of everything for us. Shoot, we don't even own a Buick or GMC.  We started going here back when they were also a Pontiac dealership and we had our Pontiac Transport. 200k+ miles later it finally died but we keep coming here with our other cars because we trust them.

This is a great place. Everyone gets fair treatment. Everyone gets treated the same. Noone gets screwed over. None gets treated better than someone else just because they know someone or because they are cute. They are great people who make sure everyone gets the same fair deal. No games, no gimmicks. No unfair treatment or lies.
