First of all, I have been a Miles Chevrolet customer for several years.  In fact, I have purchased around a half a dozen cars from this dealership and would never dream of going anywhere else.  From their highly qualified staff to their relaxed car buying atmosphere, the dealership has turned a typically mundane task into a highly enjoyable experience.  The best part is that they will never try to put you into a vehicle that you don't want or need...they truly listen to their customers. The best part is that their commitment to service goes well beyond the initial purchase of the vehicle. They continually ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase throughout the life of your vehicle.  If something does go wrong, the service department is always right there to answer the call.  

To make a long story, this is the only dealership that has treated me more like family than a customer.  This is especially true for Rob Evans, the current New Vehicle Director.  Throughout the years, he has walked me through all of my car deals and, more importantly, guided me through making important car buying decisions.  That's why he is definitely more than just my car dealer...he is now one of my good friends...which if unique for a dealership!!

I recently got to experience buying my first car. Dustin Garrett made that experience great and easy! I had a certain price range and wanted an SUV. He was able to make that price range happen and I am now a proud owner of a 2013 Chevy Equinox! He also just reached out to me today to see how my first week was with it. Great customer service!

My experience at this dealership was actually pretty fun. Most people would think the haggling and dealing with all the paperwork is a hassle within itself, but it was all pretty painless. Buddy was kind enough to safely drive me the 2hrs to get to the dealership. I felt very comfortable with Mat Snow introducing himself via video and showing me everything I wanted to see and know about this car. I live out of state, but didn't hesitate about this purchase at all. The Finance department ( Robert Frazier) was very professional and made me feel I wasn't being sold into packages that I really didn't need or want. They all worked well together and I felt a nice family camaraderie at Miles Chevrolet. Even corresponding via internet was on point. They were quick to respond and helped me with any questions I had about this vehicle. Mat  truly made me feel comfortable throughout this whole purchasing process. Thank you Miles Chevrolet, Mat Snow, Robert Frazier, Michelle, Buddy, and to all the other employees I encountered to make this one of the happiest days of my life. I lost my other corvette to Hurricane Harvey, so  this was my materialistic rainbow to this natural disaster. I would definitely recommend this dealership to those that live in Illinois, and even to the ones that can travel to IL to find that special vehicle.

I purchased a new vehicle from Miles Chevy this year and had a great experience. Kevin Camp was very knowledgeable about my new 2018 Equinox and answered all my questions thoroughly. When I picked up the vehicle, he helped me set up all my car features which was above and beyond helpful. Great service, good price, outstanding sales consultant, and the finance reps were easy to work with, thank you!

Nick Cunningham from Sales and Stephen Ground in the Finance Department were 5 Star Professionals from start to finish.  Highly recommend both the sales and finance team at Miles for your next vehicle purchase.  They were approachable, friendly  and the car buying experience was pleasant from the time I first looked at a car to the time I drove my newly purchased vehicle off the lot.  Stephen and Nick are consummate professionals.
