This place has gone downhill. Lived here a while ago, used to be all kinds of kids and a family friendly area. Now it's a field of empty lots. Decreped trailers. And far more drug trades and consumption than you can imagine. Super sketchy now....

If you enjoy neighbors on crystal meth and getting anything not nailed down stolen off your lawn, this is the place for you.  If you WANT to live a life as a criminal with little to no repercussions from your property manager, this is a perfect place for you to live. If you enjoy teenage punks roaming the streets at night stealing from you,  keying your vehicles for no reason, and setting of fireworks at all hours of the night, then look no further than BHMHP.   

Believe it or not, this actually used to be a nice place to live, but you can thank the meth heads down close to the dead end of fernald drive and their cohorts on branch hill drive for making it a place I wouldn't want my children to live in. 

Even if they somehow sucker you in to what looks like a good deal now with low rent/mortgage payments, just know that lot rent has nearly doubled in just the last couple years, and the park will NOT help you fix anything they are responsible for unless you take them to court.  If you get tree roots through your underground plumbing lines, I hope you can learn to drive 10 miles just to make a #2 in a public toilet somewhere while you fight them in court to fix it. 

Seriously... Just trust me when I say you would be better off in the projects if you are out of options.
