I had a friend who lived here and I visited on several occasions.  I would not recommend Hidden Valley.  The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the location is good - close to the lovely City of Blue Ash as well as easy access to major routes and shopping.   The property, however, is very poorly maintained.  
One resident whose RV was still pictured on the Hidden Valley website as of December 2016 proactively enhanced the look of his lot with extensive gardening, a storage shed, decorative stones, etc.   My understanding is that one day, in the area surrounding his RV, he was spraying weeds that management had repeatedly ignored and they promptly evicted him with no attempt to amicably resolve any misunderstanding or confusion.  It's unfortunate that they seem to have treated him in such an arbitrary and draconian manner yet continued to use the picture of his RV and lot to give a favorable but now highly inaccurate impression of the community,

Stop!!
If you want to fill out a credit report, background check, give your bank acct. numbers, etc. for a shoddy lot, cut your own grass(or be forced to pay for it), live 5' from your neighbor, and pay $280 (Monthly)+electric, with no laundry, wi-fi, pool, or other amenities.........then this is the place for you.
