I like that the lady at the front desk accommodated me on the day I went even though I wasn’t scheduled. My appointment was scheduled on the wrong date. The docs and techs are always very nice to my babies too.

Bad experience with them.  The dog I selected, a papillion, I was told was housebroken & would go to the door.  The lady fostering did tell me she bit her ONCE.  I had this dog 2 weeks, which I was misinformed was a testing period, where I could return it for refund, less $50.  Well, the dog bit every chance she got.  She pooped in house, never went to the door for out, and leaked all the time.  Leaked, not had to go out, just leaked, so there was urine all over the place.  Do they tell you the animals do NOT see a vet before being adopted.  The people there do the shots.  This dog had 8 rotten teeth that had to come out which is why her breath smelled so horrible.  Had to be leashed 24/7 or she would run away every possible chance.  She was real adorable, loved to snuggle, but that biting, running, peeing/leaking does not make for a good pet, just a stressful situation.  Didn't get my money, not even the $17 I paid for a license that you know they charged the next person down the line.  I'll never donate goods or monies again or search for a pet from them.

The vet was super nice, it was a great experience, and I can't begin to tell you how affordable it was compared to private vet offices. They have packages available to get your pet's routine shots and vaccinations done (including puppies).
