Id never take my vehicle here again after 2 days of it here and ( doing a diagnostic) they said they need to remove my transmission and figure out what is going on internaly and i told them that there was alot of things outside of the transmission to check and they didnt check any of what i asked then said they took it apart and none of it was taken apart also charged me 100$ to do nothing except tell me i needed to put a new transnission in it that would supposably cost me 3000$ im very disapointed that a shop does this to people now days horrible will never reccomend this place to anyone

We always get quick service and straight talk from Bret's helpful staff.  It's super important to trust your mechanic and these guys have mine.

They to steal your money! Don't go here! I was told by Jeff Sapp that the diagnostic would be 43.00 UNLESS I had then do the work the same day. If I had them do the work then that fee would applied to my labor costs. Instead this is what happened, they called me 3 hours after dropping car off and said they need to hook up multiple transmitters to pin point the problem. Noise in my right front end. And the the diagnostic fee is now 83.00. I thought well I am having then do the work so it will just be applied to the cost of labor like he told me the day I made the appointment. Next they won't just change the ONE bad link but say that can only do it if they change both. Idk if this is really the case but I do know they charged me 85.00 for 20.00 in parts!!! Outrageous!!! Then 171.58 for a job that I am positive only took an hour or less to do. Then I go pick up my car and pay me bill of 294.64!!!! Are you serious? Instead of applying the 83.00 fee to my labor cost they ADDED it to my bill, over charged me for parts and am pretty positive in labor cost too! My total bill should not have more the labor alone they charged me. IDC what quality of parts they use charging someone 110% of what they pay is stealing and taking advantage of people! I will NEVER EVER go back. And that is a shame because I have work that needs to be done and was hoping to have a honest local business to give my support and keep my business in my community.

We heard good things about them so we gave them a chance. Bad idea. They charged my 19yr old daughter $600 to tell her the car was broke and its wasn't fixable. They argued with me when I asked for a printout of what they did to the car for insurance and warranty purposes and they told me they wouldn't give it to me until I paid them. It took me almost thirty minutes of arguing for them to give me proof of what they did.  Not a good time for anyone! If money is a issue with you, you might want to try someone else.

Was told the reason  my wheel  wobbled was that  I needed new tie rods. Tie rods replaced cost me $845 pick up car today and problem is only worse. 
Stood there for 15 minutes waiting to pay while clerk (Mitch I  think) was on the phone
 They wanted to charge me over $2500 for a list of things my car supposedly needs. After dropping  $845 for the problem only do be worse god only knows what damage they could do for 2500.
They want me to come back Monday and have their  "technician" look at it but sure it's probably another angle to get money  without  really fixing anything 
Thanks for nothing 
I'm  $845 poorer and my car is worse than before I bought it in
Word of mouth and that's my word
