I'm not one for dentists. For decades I never went to dentists. But with Jeff and his crew I finally feel comfortable. They explain procedures. They listen. And they numb you up the way you should. No pain, especially when they use their "sandblasting" tool to fix your cavities. I never thought I would actually look forward to getting my mouth cared for. Thanks Dr. Platt!

Tricksters will add expensive, additional treatments onto your visit without telling you they aren't covered by your insurance. Don't go here unless you have deep pockets! I went in for a cleaning (covered by my insurance) and was tricked into a $157 gum cleaning procedure without any discussion about whether the additional procedure would be covered. I had to call 5 times before anyone addressed my concerns, and Lasting Impressions Dental Care's response is that they were just following procedure, and that they don't need to inform patients about out of pocket costs before performing these sorts of operations. If you don't like surprise bills for hundreds of dollars, then you won't like your experience with this dentist.

Dr. Platt has so much integrity and knowledge.  His office staff have been so kind and considerate I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Do not go here! Sneaky and deceitful.   This dentist is trying to charge insurance companies for procedures that were never done. 
As I was In The lobby trying to clear these erroneous charges there were other clients with the same issue. This is a problem that needs to be addressed and I will be reporting this to the BBB.

The staff are always friendly and caring. Dr Platt is very gentle and thoughtful, he always takes the time to explain exactly what is doing.
