We have been a client of Brighton Bank since 1995. Their banking processes are antiquated and so is their staff. We have kept a small amount of money with their bank as a courtesy to our long lasting relationship mostly being my business partner feeling commitment to them and being able to use their notary service because they are close to our offices. Typically its pretty seamless, however, today we went in, only one person in their office had their stamp, so we patiently waited, the person then fussed with the operations manager about not having her stamp and that she would have to go to the car, finally appeared from her office with the same messaging. She appeared from her car with her stamp letting us know how lucky we were. We walk into her office, my business partner asked why she moved offices which is how well he knows her, however, she says she didnt recognize him. We hand her the paperwork to notarize and she sees's our DBA, we explain that its all controlled by our parent company, which we own. She then goes to the branch manager who informs her that we dont have an account in the name of the DBA.... so she let us know they couldnt help us. We spent nearly 40 minutes to get to this place. This bank shouldnt be in existence and will certainly at some point be taken over by a larger bank. Antiquated service and antiquated processes, this is why we transfered all of our banking. The best part of this entire experience is the woman who helped us is the Vice President, Traci.... to add to all of this, we had the same documents signed by someone else in their office only a few weeks/month earlier.
One of the best places to Bank in all of salt lake. I Was recommended by a friend and the place did not disappoint, I have now banked here for over 5 years and have recommended family, They are very easy to work with, Staff alsays had a great attitude and the treat you with respect
The vault is locked at night and there are alarms
Great customer service. I have really enjoyed banking with Brighton.
Worst customer service around and their bank’s tech is still in the 1960’s
