I've never had to wait in line and they have an exceptionally friendly staff

The staff at this location is generally nice.  It was relieving to not have overly pushy bankers.  The area is not the best, so there is a layer of glass between you and the banker.  This is fine, but does tend to make the visit less personal and enjoyable.

Friendly staff.  Efficient and willing to help.  They have been very informative each time I have questions.  I never feel like they are trying to sell me anything and the employees come across as though they enjoy working for Chase which says a lot to me.
