This is the worst bank by far..someone use my account and ordered some crazy stuff online (with the wrong bank info)witch made my account negative and account was then closed..Bright star is telling me I have to pay for something I didn't even buy. I have never heard of a bank doing this at all. bright star can kiss my ass

I was referred to Chris from Auto Advisors by a BrighStar teller to help me find a car. I didn’t have any buying experience but they made the process very easy for me. Found a car I love and was able to afford. I want to recommend them for anyone in the same situation

I've had them for almost 5 years and they are getting worse and worse by the visit! I'm changing banks this last month has been horrible as far as service is concerned

This has become the worse bank i have ever bank with and customer service isn't any better. March 30 I have transferred 41.00 from my savings to checkings account without my account being in the negative or owing anyone. Brightstar credit union cannot tell me where did the 41.00 went. When I transferred it, it shows on my balance but not available to use. I had to transfer another 41.00. As I try to dispute this situation 2 members by the name of zuni, rayna, and 1 more PERSON  she didnt give me her name on a recorded call hung up on my face 3 times. After askig to speak manager. They told me manager will call me back monday.On April 3rd 2017 I called back for the same reason, A member name rayna was on the call and did the same thing Hung up on my face. April 3rd i I deposit money in to my savings and asked the back to transfer 75 to my Checkings. The bank Informed me my account was not in the negative. But their is a pending 100.00 preauthorization from the gas station. That i do gett back. As i checked the account today, my account balance shows 74.00, my available amount shows 0.00. This bank ia constantly stealing money out of my account and will not help at all. My next step is the head quarters.

Have two loans, three acoounts and yes they know my name.  Small business bank with lots of ways to distribute your assets.  Always happy tellers, clean waiting area amd free coffee.
