Our new puppy is insecure and needs tons of attention. The store personnel were friendly and the trainer gave us some advice on handling it. Everyone made me feel comfortable about having a puppy that barked and yelped the whole time we were in the store, understanding he needed to learn about new situations.

Richie, what a guy. Richie is the heart and soul of this store, his customer service is WAAAAYY above and beyond. He has been there doing a great job, everyday, giving it his all for YEARS!!! I respect that in anyone at any job. Can you say you have done a better job than anyone else could have at your job? He absolutely can, with enthusiasm. Great guy, what an amazing attitude, what an amazing work ethic. It speaks to credibility and sustainability of Petsmart as a brand that he has stayed with the company. I've been dealing with him for years and he always has a smile and a good word to say. Thanks Richie, you are appreciated more than you know.

Every time I go there I'm treated like family. Staff know me by face if not name. They know my pets even better. I've never had a bad experience here. And as a matter of fact, I go to this location over any other in my area. Prices are reasonable. But it's the customer service that I go back to each time. People who care about your pets as much as you do, work here. They want nothing more than you and your pet to be happy.

Good place. Same selection as you would expect at any store. Staff is friendly. The place didn't smell of urine. I don't mind doing my shopping here.
