I am writing this letter to inform you of an outstanding employee by the name of Michael Moore. He is an amazing employee who takes pride in his job and serving his customers. He went above and beyond the call of duty to give me great customer service in a timely manner! He took ownership in his company and valued me as a customer. He made me feel welcomed from the first moment I reached out to him on the phone. When I arrived at M & M Finance Co, I was greeted with a smile and quickly was given keys to test drive the vehicle of my choice.  He was very patience with me and never made me feel pressured or obligated on the sale of my vehicle. Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation towards Michael Moore and his excellent customer service skills. You have an asset within your company who is representing you in a highly respected way through his loyalty and customer service. Michael Moore knows how to sell cars he made us feel welcome , no pressure and extremely helpful I recommend him highly when my friends are looking for a car this is where I will send them

About a 1 1/2 ago I found a car on this dealer's website, from the moment I contacted them about the car to driving off the lot everything was seriously smooth sailing. Not once did I feel pressured. The dealer pretty much told me to look at the car I liked think about it and call him over when I was ready to discuss my options. I wish I didn't wait this long to write my review because I forgot the name of the manager that helped me, anyway thanks a lot for the best car buy experience. I love my car the same as when I first set foot in it (2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe). In short, Broadway has great cars and really service. That sounded real corny but they are truly really good.
