I bought my car online through Carvana and they didn't have a front bracket for my license plate or my floor mats. So they told me to go to any Nissan dealership and have them charge it to the warranty. Well let me tell how extremely happy I came to this dealership! It took us awhile to figure out what to do but from the moment I arrived in the service and parts area everyone was so welcoming and helpful! Thank you the the 2 guys in the parts department (sorry didn't get their names) to Chanda (Service Advisor) and Mario for all of your help. They truly know what customer service is. I can't wait to come back for my oil change and to order my rims! Thank you soon much for making me special and I didn't even but my car from clay!

I just want to thank my saleswoman Janet Victoria Gonzalez for helping me get into a new vehicle. After being turned down by other dealerships. Janet really listened to my concerns, wants and needs. She made everything happen with efficiency!!! I thank you for being patient & really taking the time to help me with my loan process. You truly are the best saleswoman I’ve ever met!! Forever a customer, will be sending all my friends to you!

My salesman Alvin was wonderful! From the time I went in, he treated me as if I had a million dollars in my pocket. I also was giving a great deal on the car since it had 94,000.00 miles. That was, until I went up to the finance department. The finance manager treated me so poorly! When he gave me the contract to sign, the price I was originally given when I agreed to purchase the car had went up. While signing the contract, I asked for a copy and he stated no. He told me Clay Cooley doesn't give customers copies of the contract. I said, well wait let me at least go over the contract. He told me, he didn't have time for me to sit there and read the whole contract and basically it was take it or leave it! Unfortunately, I had to take it so that I could get to work and my child could get to school each day. So, I ended up walking out of here not even knowing when my car note was even due. This was the worst experience ever and I am regretting it!

Experience was absolutely wonderful, I was a tad bit fearful going in from the comments on Yelp but I told him exactly what I was my price range my requirements everything I was looking for and they met it. Edgar my sales consultant was great and Garrett was wonderful. If you're looking for a car stop by. Since my purchase trying to get service or even someone on the phone requires unlimited wait time even going in physically if you not trying to purchase an automobile you ain't getting no help, standing in the place waiting for help for 45 minutes to sign a simple form the next trip was to pick up my tag for my car that was a 37 minute standing at the front desk and waiting no one there but me for the receptionist to let me sign for tags. I must say after car purchase service is almost non-existent.

Do NOT buy a car from this dealership. There was grinding in the back left tire. Brake system issue when we first drove it. It was my fault, I should have moved on but trusted their word they would fix it. They sent it to Honda, Honda did nothing to it, sent it back to them bc what needed fixing was not under warranty. Sent it back to them, they refinished the rotor and that was it. Went to pick it up, heard a little noise but not like before. Mechanic said it was prob hub caps. They called me and said it was finished but still having grinding and squeaking. I noticed at beginning of week that the rim was bent and tire had a slit in it. I bought new rims and new tire to fix the problem. Still squeaking in brakes tho. I took it BACK to them this past week, we test drove it, the service manager agreed he heard something. They took it back and said nothing was wrong with it. So far, I've been to 2 other Honda dealerships, since I still have factory warranty, and they won't fix wear and tear items like pads and such. I also have the clay Cooley warranty. DANNY the manager over here was very rude, told me to take it back up here. At this point, I do not have confidence it their services bc they kept it for 2 weeks prior (didn't fix it then), I've been back up there (still not fixed), and now he wants me to take it BACK a third time. I decided to go to Clay Cooley Mitsubishi in Arlington, which is city where I work. Besides, their managers have diagnosed problem (bent hub, rotors need refinished/replaced, and pads as well). Clay Cooley needs to know that not ALL of his dealerships are bad at least.
