Had a quick response to my online inquiry and came out to look at the car. Sean met me at their office which was neat and clean. He brought me to their indoor warehouse and showed me the car. They present their cars like it's a movie star when they prep it and present it to you. I was stunned to find a BMW X5 that was 15 years old but in MINT condition just like the ad stated. It looks like they do a great job of finding good condition vehicles. This one looked like it was stored in a time capsule. Everything checked out with the vehicle and we purchased. The process was easy and quick. Sean was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. We are happy with the vehicle and our experience with United Auto Group.

My wife and I have purchased a toyota from United Auto Group and we are very pleased with the service and professionalism of the company.
The staff is very friendly and is focused on the satisfaction of the buyer.
Also, they are available and knowledgeable after the sale.
Their prices are excellent compared to others.

Best car experience I have had in a very long time. Bought a Mercedes GL for my wife and we both love it, cleanest one in the market. Sean was very patient, polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely buy my next car from them.

I have purchased two vehicles from United Auto Group. I visited other used car dealers. There was zero comparison. I kept thinking of Sean and the other guys here. The work put into the vehicles in the showroom is spectacular. I can't say enough about this place.

They price their vehicles several thousand dollars over blue book value. Also be sure to bring your own financing, and don't let them run your credit. They will run it through 6 banks. They'll have you upside down in a loan before you even drive your car off the lot. "Just buy gap insurance"  What a ridiculous joke. Lesson learned. Stick with the big dealers.
