The guys that work there are all family. Really good people. They are friendly and warm, and will do their utmost best in working with you to give you the best service. They hold true to their warranty and if any problem should possibly arise with your device or whatever it is you will buy from there, they will fix it for you, no problem. Bring your old smart phones, get a new (for you) one.

The service here was fantastic! I had one phone with a broken screen and when they realized they didn't have a replacement, they went to another store and found the screen that I needed so it could be replaced the same day.

I had a second phone that I dropped into a full can of paint, which I brought with me mostly just for kicks. I really didn't think anything could be done to salvage it. But, to my surprise, they told me they could make it work and they did.

I walked into the store with zero functional phones and walked out with 2! I highly recommend this store; they truly went above and beyond. Thanks again for all of your help!

Sold me a joke phone crashed little after the fort teen days to return I would not buy another thing they would tell you NEW but it truly is not seems like refurbished phone go somewhere to get some better service. I am ready to leave Sprint I'm on the phone with a representative that says I just passed the 14 day Mark and acting like they are not giving me any help and basically they would have to ship me a new phone two weeks with no service and no phone no nothing what kind of help is that rep gave me a bogus number that was not the number to this location if I was Sprint I would fire and we hire someone that wants to work and do their job correctly what I would say is one as quick as you can and leave Sprint there are no help at all.

they are so rude and if you get your screen replaced it won't last. Called in and they had the nerve tell yell and be rude. All they want is your money. DO NOT trust them.

I have been using Broadway wireless for over two years. Not once I have had a bad experience. Between two children in college and my own phones I ended up using their services quite a bit. Welcoming atmosphere, excellent technical knowledge and fair price is how I would describe this business.
