We purchased our appliances last Sunday. We got a good deal for the open box items. My boy friend and I were excited. Despite the situation as to why we needed new appliances, we needed them delivered on that Friday. My boyfriend took the day off from work. We were supposed to get a call Thursday about the delivery. Friday arrives and no phone call. My boyfriend couldn't get a hold of the store and called back-to-back several times. While at my job I had to call and find out how to directly get in touch with the store. I had to leave my job early due to the situation, which is helping to pay for the unexpected expenses. 

We found out we were NEVER put on the delivery ticket Friday. We needed it delivered THAT DAY!  Plus we couldn't get it delivered until Monday. The store refunded us for the haul away and the delivery fee with an extra $50 back. We had the rent a UHaul which was over $120. Then I had to pay over $50 to dispose of the old appliances at the dump.

 It was a very frustrating matter. I still did not get a firm explanation why we were not on the delivery ticket when my receipt said delivery day was that Friday. 

To be positive, we did save money on the appliances, the store associates did help us with loading the items in the UHaul. 

I honestly do not know if we will shop there unless cost is a factor. We will have to pick them up ourselves. Just confirm you have delivery date!!

We found what we were looking for at a decent price. The sales reps are pretty unobtrusive if you want them to be. The entire process was painless. Recommended if you want a good deal on appliances

Tom was very helpful in assisting me with a new washer and dryer for my relocation.
Tom is very respectful and was a pleasure to deal with.
I will be back to see Tom for future purchases.

We have had nothing but problems (leaking, not cooling, french doors not closing properly) with our Whirlpool refrigerator that we bought here.  I would recommend buying new, as it would have been cheaper after all of the time and money we have spent on repairs!  Of course the problems started after the 30-day return policy and the warranty is VERY limited.

Went in looking for a refrigerator and Brandon helped us find exactly what we wanted at a great price.  Ask for Brandon, he is helpful and knowledgeable and went way beyond expectations!!!!!
