Brooks Brothers used to be better than Nordstrom in the Tulalip Outlets. Better shirts, better service, classy store. I only went one place to buy work clothes (office stuff), that was this Brooks Brothers store. The first sign of trouble was about a year ago, someone in the Corporate HQ decided the sizes needed to be "slimmer." Last batch of shirts I bought didn't fit, even though they were the same size I always bought. Very helpful person there helped me exchange, explained that all sizes are now one-up (most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of, no obvious purpose but to irritate the customer base), so all was well. Went in six months ago, and again, very nice shirts, bought two of 'em because that's what I went there for. Today I went back to get a couple of shirts as will be travelling for work early next year. What a shock! The place looks like K-Mart, crappy shirts strewn all over in cardboard bin-boxes like someone was just too lazy to put them away. There was one tiny little section right at the entrance with a few shirts that were tolerable, the rest of it looked like someone had dumped off a Value Village truck in the middle of the store. What happened to this place? I left there for the first time ever, empty handed, when I'd gone specifically to make a purchase. Spent the next hour looking for alternatives, tried a couple, we'll see how it all works out. Won't be back to Brooks Brothers unless something changes - radically back to the way it was when they were a classy store. Very sad.

I purchase cashmere sweaters here often and they are wonderful. The people working here are friendly and helpful. This is a fun store with happy employees.

There is a guy called Gerry. The lady at the cashier called him the manager. He is such a masterpiece!!! Can't be rude any more!! Poor service quality and he even said some dirty words when he was collecting clothes in the fitting room! The worst was he was trying to check our bag after we bought something and paid! ! ! I can't find the complaint center. Is there anyone could help me with that. We are customers and we don't have to stand such rude service !

Very disappointed in the store; used to be friendly, helpful... not any more. My wife and I were there this morning, and we could have been on the moon for all the attention paid to us. A tall man and two ladies were there, but they gave the impression they could care less. Not even sure we'll go there again; sad that "customer service" is a vanishing commodity in retail today...
