Poor customer service and very unprofetional. I was waiting for 20 minutes and was not helped, and when I was the person spoke very poor english and was not helpful. Also the emplyee could not find my care plan for a ring I had bought back in 2016. I now regret putting my money into them because they have failed to find my plan and will not cooperate with me..

As soon as I walked to the women's restroom on the first floor, it smelt HORRIBLE and my sister found that a toilet had exploded or something, there were literally feces on the wall. I went to the closest register which i believe was juniors and told the woman at the register about the problem. She just started at me. Then after I repeated myself, she sighed and picked up the phone. She was rude and acted like I was somehow the problem. Customer service has reaaalllyyy suffered in this store.

JCPenney was doing a promotional where they gave out coupons and they are usually given out at the salon. We went into the salon and the person at the salon told us to go to the men's department to get the coupons. When we got to the men's department they said that they were giving them out at the salon. We headed back to the salon and they finally gave us a straight answer and said that they were out. We were very annoyed since they could have been straightforward and told us that they were out.

JCPenney's has decent prices and a good variety of sizes and styles. I prefer shopping online with them though because check out can be a bit of a pain (to find someone actually at a checkout counter).

I did some of my Christmas shopping at JCP and earned a $15 store credit as a store promotion, to be used by the end of the year.  Tonight, I purchased over $100 worth of goods, and asked the sales cashier whether she applied the $15 credit.  She said "yes," and took the slip.  When I got home, I noticed that she did NOT deduct the $15.  ...Even though I asked her right before the new charge!  

I called the store, and was eventually told that I'd have to make another trip into the store to get it straightened out.  I am now waiting for a return call from "Shane," the store manager, because I don't think that I should have to make another trip to the store because of THEIR error, when they ought to simply credit my Penney credit card that I used for the purchase!  I was also told that there was no way I could leave Shane a voicemail, but when I called back and entered his extension number, it went right to his voicemail!  

I will admit that they do have good sales, but the "hassle factor" is through the roof.  I've been shorted $15, and if Shane can't help me, I'll simply dispute $15 of the charge through the credit company.
