I’ve always loved firehouse for years & im not the type to complain.. but today I got my normal sub & bit into a FINGERNAIL…. I called the manager & asked if they wore gloves while making the sandwiches & he said yeah.. obviously they don’t I told him what happened, he didn’t even say sorry. He asked me to bring it to him or him come pick it up?? I said i would send a picture & never heard anything.. he could have offered me a refund or at least rewards. I think that place lost my business. Completely disgusting & unprofessional!!  never in my life have I had to deal with a fingernail in my food…

These people are awesome,this is my first time here,but definitely won’t be my last!! Yes they are pricey but well worth it! Had trouble at first with my online order,but got it all straightened out! Again they are awesome and the store was very clean,which is a plus for me!

I've been to dozens of firehouse sub shops.  This is by far the best sandwich I have ever had.  It was almost to hot to eat, I had minimal fall out and the staff was amazing.  The two women working we're super sweet and fast.

I did not visit the sub shop.  I visited Hertz to pick up a rental car I had booked weeks ago only to be told they had none available.  Claimed they called me that morning an d left message but I had no missed calls and had received voicemails and texts from others that day.

I ordered 1 hook & ladder but I got 2 sandwiches. I don’t know what they are but it was good and now I have lunch for tomorrow.

Amazing as always great service polite and respectful fast even when extremely busy trust me it's for good reason they stay busy great drink selection strawberry Dr pepper is amazing highly suggest getting the five cheese Mac and cheese with your sub especially the firehouse steak and cheese my all time

I always have a great experience coming here, way better service than any other sandwich shop. Christian helped me decide on a sandwich and hot sauce, and it was awesome. I will definitely be visiting more often

Restaurant  has dirty tables, restroom is filthy, staff isn't friendly, floors are dirty only five people eating in the store so they aren't very busy, I wont be back, its 8 pm on a Wednesday.

Absolutely delicious!!! Plus a portion of every purchase goes to first responders gear!!! YAY for first responders!!! Remember...they may just save your life!!!!Food: 5/5
