Jimmy John's is a nice little sandwich shop. The employees were courteous and helpful, and the sandwiches were good. The breads were freshly baked and the portions are a good size in relation to the price.Food: 4/5
They have consistent quality sandwiches and are always freaky fast :- I would like it more if they would deliver further down Youree drive, but my food is always done before I get to the store so I can’t really complain. This location has messed up twice though on “no mayo” request, so that’s disappointing. Pricing is fair although I wish Jimmy Johns would do more promotions/specials. Still, not bad. Edit: Second time in a row since last review they have forgot to cut sandwich, forgot to include mayo packets and forgot onion on #10. Same mistake three times in three orders a month a part? Sounds like people there just don’t care about quality and consistency right now. I cut my darned sandwich because I’m a capable human being but of course it fell apart. Ugh. Probably won’t be back for a while.
Overall a good plain sandwich with nice soft bread, moderate toppings, and crunchy kettle cooked chips. It never fails they tend to make 1 of our sandwiches with almost no meat. I'm not sure if it's a prank or not but it's stupid.
What is there to really say about Jimmy John's? It's a chain restaurant so it's fast food, but way better quality ingredients than Subway or so. The staff at this location are always super friendly, and they even stay open just a little bit past ten, even if they close at ten, to help make sure people getting off work have an option to grab a sandwich while most everything else in Shreveport is closed come ten pm. My sandwich of choice is always the #5, and the cookies they sell, even if they don't make them in house, are freaking amazing. The perfect amount of soft and chewy. Triple chocolate chip all the way, no hesitation! Downsides are a bit obvious, but nothing deal breaking. Limited options compared to places like Subway as far as toppings go. They got the basics, onion, tomato, pickles, etc. Aside from that they're obviously just a bit more expensive than Subway as well, but I personally think the price is well worth the increase of quality!
Great service, they get you in out with a smile. The sandwiches are good. Most importantly they are consistent in both how they are made and there service.Food: 4/5
Me and some friends decided to try this place out since it was extremely crowded at all of the other restaurants nearby. I can now see why this place wasn't crowded as well whatsoever. The minute I walk in to the moment I leave the cashier talks to me in the most rude and sarcastic voice, and all I did was literally order a sandwich. After I ordered she took the receipt and threw it on the ground next to her, not even asking if I wanted it. After I received my order, they got it wrong and I inquired her about it and she told us she couldn't take the order back and that we had to order again to get what we originally asked for? I don't usually write reviews for bad service but this employee was atrocious and really needs to be reprimanded, she is probably the sole reason this place is never busy. Save your money and just go to your local subway.
I haven't had Jimmy John's in years! My favorite has always been the Veggie.. Being newer in town, I didn't know that there was. JJ here, so when I happened upon it, I was stoked! They have the same great taste I remember! I appreciate ordering online and the variety of sandwiches and options! The jalapeño chips are delish!

I had never been to a Jimmy John's before, so when I asked if I could get a different cheese the girl taking the order gave off a smart remark. All you needed to do is just let me know that's all you have. No need for your attitude and rudeness. Then she proceeded to go and make fun of the situation to another co-worker. Definitely will NOT be coming back here.
When I said everything on my sandwich they didn't know what that meant. So I had to tell them when I noticed them fixing my sandwich with nothing on it. I wanted wheat and got french. I won't go to that location again.
