By far the best Brookstone around. Staff is very helpful and will answer any questions you have. They always go out of their way to help me find exactly what I'm looking for, I have never had better customer service before in my life. I'm a repeat customer for sure. Love the products they carry as well, and new things are always coming to the store. 
Would highly recommend you visit Southdale's Brookstone!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My friends and I sat in the massage chairs for 5 minutes before an employee came up to us and said "ummm can you please get up so customers who are actually going to buy something can sit here?" There was barely anyone in the store and he didn't say anything to a man who had been sitting in a chair for at least 15 minutes. I will never ever come back.
