Walked in looking for rentals for my wedding. No one was willing to help. The guy pointed to the back. We wondered around a little and he still didn’t come to see if we needed anything. Finally asked him a question he seemed to busy to answer. Never thought customer service would be that bad since I work at David’s Bridal and send people there all the time.

This was the worst customer service experienced in my life. We were just trying to add a measurement for my wedding party which had been set at a different store, in a different state. The employee we were working with started to harass us about the price we had gotten on our order, which he had not even sold to us! After harassing us we firmly and clearly explained we were only there to get measurements, choose color's, make a downpayment for the individual suit and leave. After explaining this to the employee we were told to "calm down" because we were upset about his failure to complete these simple tasks. After telling him AGAIN to complete these 3 basic tasks we were told to "calm down" AGAIN and he was "not required to provide us any service"! We then asked if this is ok to treat his customers this way and he said "In Minneapolis it's ok" wow that was very childish. After disputing over literally nothing except his sassy 12 year old attitude we were handed off to the manager to complete these basic tasks and she apologized very much and assured us that event should not have happened and us treated that way. We were also assured by the manager there was no dispute over price. There is no way this employee should have been hired, if I were in the managment position there, he would be under serious employment review. Worst customer I have experienced in my life and put a terrible face on Men's Wearhouse. He was wearing a tan suit and "Specialized in weddings".

10 times overpriced for anything they sell. If you don't mind being raped on price you can find what you need in a quick bench really find someplace else.
