Complete Fraud. Worst experience one could have. We switched to sprint from att and we regret it. People at this store have no responsibility. They trouble you till you loose your patience. My experience: I was told there will be no activation fee when I was switching from att to sprint at this store. When my first bill came boom activation fee for all the lines. I called sprint customer care, they said I'll have to go the store. I went to the store, at the store the lady said I did not sell it to you, you should speak to the manager. I had to wait three days to speak with store manager. Finally I spoke with the manager and now she says only the person who sold those phones to you can correct the bill and she gave that contact. And I called her, now she says I'm not the one there is another person who can help you. By this time I lost all my patience but would you believe me I did not yell at her. I just said ok please have her call me. I did not receive a call till now it's been 1 week. And I was told I will get 100$ referral bonus and which was only 50$. How can anyone even trust this store?? Thanks for a wonderful experience.

The store employees and manger refuse to honor a credit improperly recorded by an employee in October 2015. They had me contact their customer service and that was no help. The assistant manager promised I would get a call from a higher authority and the call never materialized. After five visits to the store I have given up trying to get an equitable resolution and I will file a suit in the Conciliation Court of Hennepin County!

Even I'm a sprint costumer this was One of the worse costumer service I have seen in my life. Rude and arrogant people

By far the most amazing experience at any cell phone store I've ever been to in over 10+ years. Thomas was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. During the whole visit to their little nook in the mall, I felt at ease knowing that they knew their job and would help me find the best deal. I never felt pressured to buy or stupid for not being tech-savvy. I love my new Galaxy Note 5!
