Very, very poor customer service. I will never patronize them again. They sell you products that do not work and when you attempt to exchange (with receipt present) they refuse to make the exchange. The woman asst. mgr or mgr is rude, nasty, unprofessional and argumentative. She has a very negative attitude toward customers. She is not good PR for the store.

This place was awesome.  Jennifer was so patient and knowledgeable.  She even got other employees to give their opinions.  She helped me pick out gorgeous pendants and then a complementary chandelier.  She used my granite and splashback samples to help match.  I drove from Ann arbor to come here.

Extremely helpful staff and knowledgeable. Good prices, but almost everything I was looking at would be special order (and may not be returnable-double check this)
