Went in looking at diamond cross necklaces.  Their prices are significantly higher than both chain and locally owned stores in area.  Sales people are like used car salesmen, smug and pushy.  When I was trying to make conversation and mention there are so many choices of crosses, the gentleman who looked like the manager smugly said, “well if you don’t buy something now you won’t have to worry about having choices when they are all sold”.  

Do you think customers are idiots? I told him “I’m sure you can order more”, and promptly left the store.  I will take my business elsewhere where I won’t be patronized and will pay better prices.

Traveling all over the world, my most memorable and favorite place to purchase exquisite jewelry is Brown and Company in Roswell Ga. It by far is the number 1 at customer service. Bob Johnson has been that special person who always goes above and beyond  and knows exactly how  to make that special purchase an event. My many thanks for Bob at being the BEST and all the ladies in customer service who make it so wonderful, like going to visit favorite family members.

The folks at Brown & Co. are always pleasant... I actually had the opportunity of meeting Mr. Brown, while making a purchase, who is a jolly fella.  I highly recommend this jeweler because of the customer service, product quality and they always have fresh champagne in the showroom to celebrate your purchase.

After visiting several other jewelry stores in the hunt for the perfect engagement ring, I ended up here as the last attempt for the day on my way home. Upon entering I was greeted by Bob who promptly began inquiring about my taste and fiancé. After about 30 minutes browsing their vast selection of rings and bands, we found the perfect band and diamond. I honestly didn't think I'd find something that I'd like based on the previous jewelry store experiences in the day, but lo and behold we found it. Bob was full of excellent combination ideas and feedback, and before you knew it the ring was being resized and the diamond was being fit. Not to mention that after my selection, I did more research on the price and turns out that I got a fantastic deal.

I'd highly recommend this store to anyone who's unsure what to get, has unique taste, or just wants a great jewelry buying experience; not just for their selection but for their staff. I'll be coming back for my wedding bands!

Jenna took great care of me from the moment I walked in.  I was looking for a bracelet to match previously purchased earrings.  She gave me the appropriate amount of help without being pushy and gave me space to browse alone.  She was also very respective of my budget showing me several pieces that met my needs in my price range.  I purchased a spectacular bracelet that I know I will love for many years to come.  I'm looking forward to returning to Brown and Company for my future jewelry needs and for gifts.
