I had some jewelry and vintage watches that I wanted to get rid off. Praise is all I can say for the staff and Brian. They explained everything that I brought and there values. I was comfortable from the minute I walked in the door. Their jewelry displayed is also amazing, so much that my son was is in awe never being in a jewelry store before. Brian noticed my sons interest and gave him a free brand new 10X Jeweler's Loupe for him to look at stones, gems, etc. The lady employee showed him how to use it and we left with a GREAT APPRECIATION for their time along with a check for several items I brought! We will return and recommend.

My wife's engagement ring was in need of a repair.  It needed fairly intensive work (a complete rebuild), and we had interest in adding a new design element.  I was interested in finding a trusted local jeweler who would do quality work and be a resource for us in the future.  After researching, I chose to get a quote from Brian at Iroff and Son.  He made us feel confident about what we were trying to accomplish and his pricing beat or original jeweler significantly.  We decided to put our trust in him, and it paid off.  The end result was exactly what my wife wanted.  I would definitely recommend them for jewelry making and repairs.

They were absolutely amazing! I inherited my mother's engagement ring a couple of years ago and the stone came out. I brought another ring, which was a Ruby and diamond ring. They designed an absolutely beautiful ring for me. They promised it before Christmas and I received it 4 days before . They were in consistent communication with me and so incredibly nice. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I went to several chains and independent stores seeking the perfect ring. After a while, I couldn't find one. It was Brian at Iroff & Son that showed me I don't need to settle for a premade ring and created a magnificent custom engagement ring for my now Fiance. 

Brian was responsive to emails even on vacation. He is a true professional and knows what works and what doesn't. He is quick to make changes and speak frankly about the entire process. On the first day I met him, he created a CAD design in minutes and let me walk out the door with it, and within a few days had a refined design sent to my email. 

One of his competitors required me to open a store credit card even to get a CAD design, and even then they failed to deliver the design at all, even after I got billed for a diamond I never even bought! 

After his competition fell behind, it was obvious that I found the right place. After all that, he managed to have the ring ready weeks ahead of schedule. Total turnaround time was LESS than a month, and if I didn't like it, he would have eaten the cost. 

Guys/Gals, seriously, if you have the opportunity to shop for the one ring and cannot make up your mind, talk to Brian. There are no gimmicks or too-good-to-be-true offers, just good plain ole customer service and professionalism of the highest caliber.

Selling estate jewelry can be an upsetting thing to do, but I did it, and I walked out feeling that I had been treated respectfully and fairly.

Hope helped me to understand what my pieces were worth and even showed me the method used to determine the value of the pieces.

She was extremely personable and very knowledgeable - I trusted her immediately.

In addition, Iroff and Son possesses a wide variety of gorgeous pieces from which to choose and provides  a "boutique - like" atmosphere that is very welcoming - no sense of snobbishness at all.

Brian Iroff, Hope and Brittany are not only warm and friendly, but knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I will definitely go to see them when the time comes to buy a fine jewelry piece.
